Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

I paid $129.99 for an alignment at this location on June 15, 2026. I trusted that the alignment had been done correctly, but afterward my vehicle still wasn’t driving right. I eventually noticed significant uneven wear on the inside of my rear tires. I was even sliding on the freeway, which was extremely scary and dangerous. I had no idea my tires had worn this badly because I had recently paid to have the vehicle aligned and assumed everything was okay. I’m extremely disappointed because this could have resulted in a serious accident. If there was an alignment, suspension, or tire issue that couldn’t be corrected, I feel like I should have been informed. Now I’m having to deal with replacing tires and having the vehicle inspected again. I would strongly recommend checking your vehicle afterward and asking for an alignment printout before leaving. Update8/10/26 : went to a new shop and this is how it was left by express oil change . Added a new photo at the end .

I've been using Take 5 for years, and honestly, I've never been completely happy with the service. From the moment I pulled up to Express Oil Change, my experience was completely different. Mariela greeted me with such kindness and patience. She was attentive, listened to what I needed, and guided me to a clean, comfortable waiting area. About 15 minutes later, my car was ready! I went in for a state inspection, and they let me know my battery needed to be replaced. What I appreciated most was that Mariela wasn't pushy at all. She understood that I couldn't make that decision right then because I was waiting to hear back from my husband. There was absolutely no pressure. The entire experience made me feel calm. Usually, getting an oil change, state inspection, or diagnostic comes with stress and anxiety, wondering what might be wrong next. At Express Oil Change, it was the complete opposite. The staff made me feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. If you're reading reviews trying to decide if this is the right shop, it absolutely is. Everyone I interacted with, especially Mariela, was kind, respectful, professional, and attentive. I'm not usually someone who tak
